• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• For voluntary returns, we offer store credit in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please note: Customers retain their legal right to a monetary refund for eligible returns within the 14-day withdrawal period, unless they voluntarily choose store credit instead.
